At WritePal Global, we are committed to providing our clients with high-quality visa preparation services. We understand that there may be circumstances that require a client to cancel their service agreement. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are issued, as well as any applicable fees or charges.
1. Cancellation Before Consulate Decision and Prior to Form/Business Plan Completion If a client chooses to cancel their visa preparation services prior to the completion of required forms, business plans, and before any decision is rendered by the consulate, WritePal Global will issue a refund. However, a cancellation fee of $1,000 will be applied to cover administrative and operational costs incurred up to that point.
2. Cancellation After Completion of Forms or Business Plan If a client cancels their visa preparation services after any of the required forms, business plans, or supporting documentation have been completed, the refund will be calculated based on the actual work performed. Work will be billed at a rate of $250 per hour for all time spent by our team on the client’s case, including but not limited to:
The total refund amount will be the payment initially made by the client, minus the costs of services rendered at the hourly rate of $250 and the $1,000 cancellation fee, if applicable.
3. Refund Process To initiate a cancellation and request a refund, the client must provide a written request via email to info@writepalglobal.com. Upon receipt of the cancellation request, WritePal Global will review the client’s file, calculate the amount of work completed, and provide a refund calculation summary.
4. Refund Timeline Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days from the date the refund calculation is finalized. The final refund will be issued to the original payment method used by the client unless otherwise requested and agreed upon.
5. Non-Refundable Fees Certain fees paid by the client, including but not limited to government filing fees, consulate fees, or third-party fees, are non-refundable. WritePal Global is not responsible for the refund of any payments made to third parties.
6. Dispute Resolution If a client has any concerns or disputes regarding the refund calculation, they may contact WritePal Global at info@writepalglobal.com to request a review. Disputes must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the refund calculation summary.
7. Acknowledgment and Acceptance By engaging WritePal Global for visa preparation services, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Refund Policy. The client also agrees that WritePal Global has the right to charge for services rendered as outlined in this policy.
8. Changes to This Policy WritePal Global reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website or notifying the client directly.
